BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ
Yes!! You can bring in your own food as long for a fee of only $20. This question is in regard to meals, as snacks such as vegetable trays or chips, cake etc are always allowed. There are a couple of stipulations you must agree to:
- No open flames of hot plates
- No Pizza, as we do have an agreement with our own vendor
- We will provide tablecloth, cake plates and forks, but if you bring in your own food please bring all your own flatware especially if you are also providing food for adults.
- If your food has an overpowering smell we reserve the right to ask you to remove it as to not have it affect another party.
Absolutely! However, room rentals may be moved to accommodate large parties as, obviously, we must take care of our scheduled parties first. Also room rentals are only for the time scheduled. Any increase in time needed will result in an extra charge.
All parties are assigned a party coordinator to take the kids from the room to the activities, as well as assist in getting drinks, answering questions etc. They will also be helping other parties in the area at the same time. If you would like to have your own dedicated host, just speak with our Birthday Party Specialist with whom you booked the party with and for a fee of $50 we will have a host who will be there just to assist your party from start to finish. We strongly recommend this option for groups larger than 20.
The sooner the better! The earlier you book, the better your chance of being able to get the requested day and time. Parties booked within 72 hours prior to the day may incur an extra charge.While your deposit is non refundable (50% of total) it can be applied to a new party date within 1 yr of the original date.
Karting Packages (Silver or Gold) do include exclusive track time for just your party.
Laser Tag Packages (Silver & Gold) will have reserved spots, but the arena will not be private. The Platinum Package does have private arena option due to the guaranteed 25 guests.
All booked birthday party packages include a 2 hour private party room rental. The room size as well as seating will be based on the headcount of kids. If you invite a large group of adults they will not all have a space to sit.
While, of course, you will not be charged for anyone who does not participate, we do not factor extra attendees into consideration when making room selections. If you would like to inquire about reserving a larger party room so that your adult guests are comfortable and have seating you may make the adjustment to the Monaco Party room which is an extra $125 additional to your party. Due to the fact there is only one, it is done on a first booked basis and can not be refunded or reapplied to a future party if you unfortunately have to cancel.
